The main open-plan living area, which comprises a modern kitchen, separate dining area and comfortable lounge space is flooded with light, thanks to windows on three sides. And it opens onto a sunny terrace with a hot tub for easing any post-mountain muscle aches, or just relaxing and reflecting on your excellent choice of holiday home.

There’s no doubt that one of the biggest selling points of this apartment is its location. Not only are you so close — just a 60-second walk — to the Super Morzine lift that even the smallest child will be able to carry their own kit there. But the local supermarket and an excellent boulangerie are just a minute or two further, with some truly excellent bars and restaurants adjacent for the nights you’d rather eat out.

But it’s not just about location, location, location with this brand new apartment. It goes without saying that its fixtures and fittings are modern and comfortable — this isn’t one of those places that was fitted out in the 1970s and hasn’t had an upgrade since. Far from it. Check-in is available from 16:00 on your day of arrival. Check-out is at 10:00 on your day of departure. If you need to arrive early or depart later we try our best to be flexible and can offer secure bag storage for all guests.
